The lab

The lab

A workspace designed for the image: light, colour and time.

Overview of the lab during a print inspection

Exhibition know-how

The Fine Art Cube lab was built to produce prints for museums, galleries and collectors. The same hands and the same tools now produce your images — a single print, a portfolio or a complete exhibition.

Colour under control

The whole workflow is calibrated: calibrated displays, custom ICC profiles for each paper, soft-proofing and a final check in a D50 standardised-light booth. The print you receive is the one we have seen and approved.

Checked by hand

Every print is inspected on the large light table, with a loupe and cotton gloves. Dust, colour shifts, density of the blacks: nothing leaves the lab without being looked at.
