Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most often.

What is the difference between a Normal and a Prestige print?

A Normal print is made directly from your file. A Prestige print also includes two test proofs to fine-tune density, contrast and colour before the final print.

Which file formats do you accept?

TIFF (recommended), maximum-quality JPEG, PNG, PSD, PSB and PDF. Large files are welcome: uploads are sent in chunks and resume if the connection drops.

What resolution do I need?

Ideally 300 dpi at print size; 240 dpi is enough for large formats viewed from a distance. Our ordering tool calculates your image’s effective resolution for every size.

How are large formats priced?

For 110, 150 and 160 cm rolls the price is per linear metre: rate per metre × printed length in metres. For example, 80 cm on a 110 cm roll costs €168 Normal.

What is the turnaround time?

Usually 3 to 5 working days for a Normal print and 7 to 10 working days for Prestige, depending on proof approval. We keep you informed at every step.

How do I pay?

Payment is made online by card, securely, through SumUp. Bank transfer is also available for professionals.

Where is my invoice?

As soon as payment is confirmed, your invoice is available in your account under “My orders”.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Europe and worldwide. Prints are protected in a rigid tube or a reinforced flat box. Collection at the lab is free.
