Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

1. Purpose

These terms govern print orders placed with Fine Art Cube on laboratory.fineartcube.com.

2. Orders

The customer uploads files and chooses the size, finish (Normal or Prestige), paper and quantity. The price including VAT is shown before confirmation. The order is binding once paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros including VAT. Payment is made by card through the secure SumUp platform, or by bank transfer for professionals. An invoice is issued and made available in the customer account.

4. Files

The customer warrants holding the rights to the images supplied. The lab prints files as supplied (Normal rate); rendering adjustments are part of the Prestige rate. Insufficient resolution flagged by the ordering tool cannot give rise to a claim.

5. Turnaround and delivery

Lead times are indicative. Prints travel at the carrier’s risk; any damage must be reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Right of withdrawal

As prints are made to the customer’s specifications and clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal does not apply (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

7. Claims

If a printing defect is attributable to the lab, the print is remade at our expense. Contact: contact@fineartcube.com.

9. Governing law

French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
